How can I know my remaining minute, data, and other bundles?
- Dial *1333# then select Mobile Services then select inquires select Account Details then remaining bundles and credit and you’ll receive a text with all the details
- You can also add your number to your account on the Umniah app and website
How can I get my account balance statement?
- You can add you email address to Umniah website by registering to “I want to receive my bills by email” from “My Account” and we will send you a monthly e-statement
- You can add your number to your account on Umniah app and download your e-statement (for the past 3 months)
- You can view your e-statement (for the past 3 months) on Umniah website through “My Account”
