Umniah Sponsors the Arab Teacher's Forum August 18, 2018 – Amman, Jordan: Umniah, in line with its strategy to continue its support of Jordan’s educational sector, has sponsored the Arab Teacher's Forum organized by the Jordan Teachers Association and held under the patronage of Prime Minister Dr. Omar Razzaz at the Amman Marriott Hotel on August 5 and 6. Work papers submitted during the forum’s sessions discussed a number of issues related to the goal of achieving integration between school curricula and best international teaching practices and standards in an efficient manner. Papers also discussed the attainment of effective participation in discussion groups and involvement in a progressive professional environment for educators, experts and specialists in the field. Speaking about the company’s sponsorship, Umniah CEO Ziad Shatara said: "At Umniah, we believe unequivocally in the importance of the education sector, which is an essential engine for the growth and development of any country.
