Dial *1333# then select Mobile Services then select inquires select Account Details then remaining bundles and credit and you’ll receive a text with all the details
You can also add your number to your account on the Umniah app and website

How can I get my account balance statement?

You can add you email address to Umniah website by registering to “I want to receive my bills by email” from “My Account” and we will send you a monthly e-statement
You can add your number to your account on Umniah app and download your e-statement (for the past 3 months)
You can view your e-statement (for the past 3 months) on Umniah website through “My Account”

Internet packages available for lines through *888#: (These packages are not renewable):
- 10 GB for 3 JDs per month.
- 15 GB for 5 JDs per month.
- 30 GB for 8 JDs per month.
Recharge cards (GSM, Smart) can be used to deduct the monthly subscription value for monthly subscription lines.
To renew the subscription ahead of time, call *456# or use Umniah application.
Free minutes to other networks includes landline networks as well.
Local and international calls are calculated by the minute.
The feature of carrying over the internet package for the next month is available on these lines unless the line is disconnected partially or completely.
Free international minutes are activated through *912#, where only one country can be selected, and the subscriber can cancel the added package and add another package with each renewal of the monthly subscription.
