UWallet, the innovative payment service provider, has announced the launch of a contactless, smart payment bracelet, as part of its ongoing efforts to advance electronic payment channels and increase its customer base within the youth segment.
The launch of this latest service is a continuation of the series that was launched last year by UWallet, with the aim of offering innovative solutions and products that meet the unique needs of its clients. Through the smart bracelet, parents are also able to manage the financial expenses of their children rapidly, conveniently, and securely. The UWallet smart bracelet can also be used to pay for transportation fares and online shopping and it can be managed fully through the UWallet app.
Speaking about the launch, UWallet Product Manager Qais Al-Twal said, “The rollout of the smart payment bracelets, in partnership with global financial services giant Mastercard, is one of our most innovative payment solutions, allowing us to offer the latest payment technologies to our customers and wallet users, especially the youth.”
Al-Twal went on to add that the bracelet is an easy and secure payment method that allows the customer to use it for purchases without the need to use their wallets. He went on to add that these services encourage youth to use bracelets for their simplified payment methods as well as decrease their dependency on cash.
Since its establishment, UWallet has introduced a variety of payment solutions for its customers, including the first of its kind digital gold Mastercard in the Middle East, the gold debit card with its unique and innovative design and the smart payment bracelets.
