Ehab Hafez Appointed Chief Digital Officer | Umniah Jordan

Umniah announced that Ehab Hafez joined its leadership team as Chief Digital and Information Technology Officer.
Hafez holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and MBA from Cardiff Metropolitan University. In addition to numerous certificates and accreditations from Harvard University, the European Institute of Business Administration (INSEAD) in France, and the Telecom and Tech Academy in London, he also holds a Diploma in International Business and Strategy from Westford University College.
Hafez is a member of the Chartered Management Institute and is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP). With more than 20 years of IT experience, he held many executive management roles in multinational organizations.
Hafez held several positions at Oracle in Dubai, UAE including Channel Strategy Leader and assumed the responsibility for the Customer Success department, among others, in addition to being a member of the executive leadership at Oracle. He also led a team of experts who assisted in the digital transformation of a number of large companies in more than 100 countries in East Europe, Central Europe, Middle East and Africa. Hafez had previously worked for Zain Jordan as the Chief Information Officer.
