Umniah Shortlisted for Two Prestigious Gulf Customer Experience Awards Amman, Jordan, 18 December 2019: The Gulf Customer Experience Awards has shortlisted Umniah as a finalist for the Best CX Strategy and Best Contact Center awards, in recognition of its efforts to enrich its customers’ experiences and provide them with the best and most up-to-date services. The awards ceremony of the 5th Gulf Customer Experience Awards will be held on 8 February 2020 in Dubai, in honor of the winning organizations and companies, which are considered a role model among their peers for providing unique experiences that enrich customers’ lives in the Gulf and Middle East region. This nomination by the Gulf Customer Experience Awards comes in appreciation of Umniah’s customer-centered strategy which focuses on offering customers rich and unique experiences through qualified and well-trained technical staff who can meet their needs and aspirations.
