Umniah: More than 10,000 UQuiz Users in One Month, and More than 1,500 Players Every Week

July 30, 2018 – Amman, Jordan: Only one month since its launch, Umniah’s UQuiz application has seen resounding success, with more than 10,000 downloads and over 1,500 individual users per week. The first online competition of its kind in Jordan, UQuiz was launched in June and offers a competition broadcast at 6:00 p.m. every Friday that continues for about 15 to 20 minutes. The competition can be easily enjoyed by Umniah customers as well as subscribers to other mobile operators simply by downloading the UQuiz application from the Play Store. Players must answer all the questions correctly to be eligible to win the different prizes, including weekly reward of JD1,000, one big prize, in addition to umnicoins, which are offered to Umniah subscribers exclusively. Speaking about UQuiz’s success, Umniah CEO Ziad Shatara expressed his happiness, saying, “At Umniah, we consistently work to realize the needs of all our clients in an efficient and reliable manner. UQuiz effectively combines entertainment as well as educational benefits, and rewards winners at the end of the competition held each Friday.” Shatara went on to add, “In the one month since its launch, the UQuiz app has witnessed outstanding demand of over 10,000 users, with more than 1,500 players logging on each week. These numbers affirm the effectiveness and value of the app, which is unique to Jordan.” He also noted that a technical team of experts oversaw the design and development of UQuiz, in order to ensure both the entertainment value and the utmost benefits for users.
