The championship simulates the real world of motor racing with unprecedented accuracy through the use of the latest cutting-edge hardware and software in racing simulation platforms, and was the first of its kind in the Middle East and North Africa, attended by 200 racing enthusiasts.
Speaking about Umniah’s sponsorship, Marketing Director Zaid Al-Ibrahim said, “Umniah has always enthusiastically supported activities and initiatives that highlight the potential of the country’s youth. The company is also an avid sponsor of events that emphasize the vast capabilities that Jordan possesses, through its people and institutions, both at a local level, as well as regionally and globally.”
Al-Ibrahim went on to add that Umniah’s sponsorship of this digital championship, which is unique in the MENA region, is in line with the company’s strategy of supporting both technological advancements as well as fostering partnerships with Jordanian institutions to achieve digital transformation in the Kingdom.
Since its establishment, Umniah has been a leader among private-sector companies in its support to the youth as well as the sports sector, championing and partnering with Jordanian athletes, as well as exclusively sponsoring events that combine the two.
