Umniah has announced the continuation of its partnership with German Jordanian University (GJU) in the Dual Studies Program. This initiative aims to integrate theoretical knowledge with practical application through cooperation with partners from various sectors.
Umniah expressed pride in its five-year contribution to the program, providing students with unique experiences and potential employment opportunities with the company after graduation.
The Dual Studies Program offers an integrated educational experience by connecting academic studies with the real work environment. This approach enhances students’ understanding of theoretical concepts and provides valuable practical experience relevant to their academic specializations.
Over the past five years, Umniah has hosted students from different majors, including industrial engineering, logistics, computer science, computer engineering, business intelligence, and data analysis.
Under this partnership, Umniah offers students opportunities to plan and execute projects within the company during their studies. This experience allows them to apply their university knowledge in the work environment. Additionally, the partnership helps develop several skills such as communication, social skills, and self-development, enhancing their workplace interactions and contributing to their personal and professional success.
Students who graduate from the Dual Studies Program have promising careers, often receiving direct employment at Umniah in their fields of study. The program includes three years of practical, hands-on training with Umniah, students are fully integrated into all company work processes.
