• Both prepaid and postpaid customers can sign up for the U5G mobile service for JOD 3.
• Subscribers to the service will get an additional 5 GB of free data.
• You can subscribe through any of the following channels: USSD (*005#), the Umniah application, Umniah shops across the kingdom, or call us from Umniah at 1333 and from other networks on 0788001333.
• Subscribers can choose between a one-time or recurring package for JOD 3 each.
• The service is valid for 30 days.
• After signing up for the service, you will receive the following message: “Please make sure that your handset network settings are configured on the 5G network from device settings.”
• The service is functional on all 5G-compatible devices.

Residents of Irbid and Zarqa governorates, as well as certain areas of Amman that are within Umniah’s 5G covered network areas, can subscribe to and benefit from U5G home services, obtaining high speeds and download capacities that meet their needs.
