Umniah has launched UTrack, a new vehicle-tracking and fleet management service with comprehensive features, top-of-the-line quality 3G/4G hardware, and unparalleled after-sales services.

UTrack provides you with the information you need to improve your company’s day-to-day work efficiency at minimum cost by:

• Monitoring fuel consumption
• Improving the safety of fleets and drivers using UTrack’s comprehensive maintenance tool and accident detection features
• Protecting fleets from theft using the remote turn off feature and towing detection ability
• Managing the productivity of both fleets and drivers

UTrack is an integrated cloud-based surveillance solution designed to track, monitor, and manage vehicles, trucks, cargo, bicycles, boats, and people in the real time. UTrack contributes to the improvement of safety, an increase in productivity, optimized utilization, and a reduction in operational costs.

UTrack’s three main components are hardware (GPS tracker), software (tracking platform), and connectivity (SIM card).

Hardware:

UTrack uses small and professional real-time tracking terminals with GNSS and 3G/GSM connectivity and backup batteries that are perfectly suited to applications where location acquirement of remote objects is needed, including fleet management, car rental companies, taxi companies, public transport, logistics companies and personal cars.

Software:

The platform is a user-friendly multilanguage web-based application that has developed to track, manage and control vehicles as a means to increase safety and improve efficiency, with the mobile application available on both Android and IOS. UTrack enables the user to track vehicles in real time, view historical replays, extract reports, schedule maintenance jobs, and send tasks to drivers.

Connectivity:

A SIM card is used to transmit location data to the servers, which is then reflected on UTrack platform.

Additional Information:

• All prices are in Jordanian dinars and are subject to a 16% sales tax
• A one-time JD3/line governmental fee must be paid upon activation
• Installation occurs within three working days
• The billing date is effective immediately upon activation
• Umniah provides a one-year warranty for the tracking devices, but excludes cases of misusage, damage, accidents, and abuse. In cases of misuse, customers will be required to pay
• the price of the device, which is JD70 as well as sales tax
• The relocation of devices is subject to a JD15 fee

Corporate Contracts Must Provide:

• A copy of the company’s certificate of registration
• A copy of the authorized person’s ID
• A copy of the vehicle’s license

**If the vehicle is not owned by the company, the owner must provide an authorization letter from the bank

Individual Must Provide:

• A copy of the vehicle’s license
• A copy of the vehicle’s owner ID
