After purchasing a Voya eSIM, you will receive a QR code or an in-app activation link. Scan or tap to install the eSIM on your compatible device. Once activated, your phone will automatically connect to a local partner network at your destination.

Yes. With an active regional or worldwide plan, your eSIM will work across multiple countries.

The validity period begins once you purchase the Voya eSIM.

If your data plan expires or runs out, you can top up by purchasing a new plan or by reactivating the same plan.
* Note: The eSIM does not need to be reinstalled as it will remain valid for 365 days from the purchase date.
