Umniah Launches Electronic Invoicing Service in Partnership with InvoiceQ to Support Tax Compliance

May 2026

As Jordan begins implementing electronic invoicing requirements issued by the Income and Sales Tax Department, Umniah by Beyon has announced the launch of its e-Invoice service in partnership with InvoiceQ. The solution offers flexible monthly subscription plans tailored to organizations across various sectors, helping them comply with tax regulations efficiently and accurately.

The service provides a fully integrated cloud-based platform that enables businesses to issue, verify, and automatically send electronic invoices directly to the Income and Sales Tax Department. It also allows invoices to be archived and shared with customers within a unified digital system, reducing operational errors while saving time and effort. The platform is accessible on both Android and iOS devices, giving users the flexibility to manage their operations from anywhere.

In addition, the platform offers real-time, direct integration with approved government systems, giving businesses greater visibility into their tax obligations and minimizing the risk of errors or delays in compliance. It also includes interactive dashboards for real-time financial performance tracking, along with multiple digital payment options to help speed up collections.

Faisal Al-Jalahma, CEO of Umniah, said, “At Umniah, we are committed to empowering businesses with digital solutions that enhance efficiency and keep pace with evolving regulatory requirements. This partnership enables companies and retailers to rely on a robust and trusted technology infrastructure that supports seamless compliance while ensuring business continuity and growth.”

Al-Jalahma added that this initiative is part of Umniah’s broader strategy to offer comprehensive solutions for small and medium-sized enterprises (SME in a BOX) and to support businesses in their digital transformation journey.

The solution is designed to serve a wide range of businesses. Large enterprises can integrate directly with their Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems via APIs, ensuring smooth financial operations without needing to replace existing systems. Meanwhile, small and medium-sized businesses benefit from a simple, user-friendly interface that allows them to quickly issue and manage invoices without requiring complex accounting infrastructure.

For organizations with multiple branches, the service enables centralized invoice management through a single platform, without the need for additional investments in hardware or infrastructure. This makes it a practical solution that enhances operational efficiency and prepares businesses for the next phase of digital transformation.
