Umniah by Beyon Appoints Ehab Hafez as Chief Business Officer

Umniah by Beyon announced the appointment of Ehab Hafez as Chief Business Officer, as part of its ongoing efforts to support the execution of its updated strategy following the launch of its new corporate identity and its evolution toward a modern digital telecommunications company. 

Ehab Hafez brings more than 25 years of experience across the telecommunications and technology sectors, spanning regional and international markets. Since joining Umniah in 2023 and leading the Digital and IT function, he has played a key role in advancing the company’s digital transformation agenda and strengthening its innovation and technology capabilities. 

Prior to Umniah, Ehab held senior leadership roles at regional and global organizations, including Oracle and Scala, and gained extensive experience within the telecommunications sector through his work with Zain Group. Throughout his career, he has led multinational teams and complex transformation initiatives, contributing to the alignment of strategic objectives with operational execution and executive performance. 

In his new role, Ehab will lead Umniah’s end-to-end business strategy, with a focus on accelerating growth, enhancing customer value, and translating digital capabilities into scalable and commercially effective business models. He will also work closely to align business priorities with technology and customer experience, supporting sustainable performance and long-term value creation.
