Umniah by Beyon Brings Employees Together to Celebrate Its People, Progress and Team Spirit

Amman, Jordan – Hundreds of Umniah by Beyon employees came together for the company’s annual gathering, putting collaboration at the center of a day designed around one shared priority: bringing the full energy and expertise of the organization together to deliver more for customers.

Rather than a traditional town hall, much of this year’s gathering was dedicated to team-building activities that brought colleagues across functions together. The focus was on strengthening team spirit and the collaboration that shapes how Umniah works, solves problems, and serves its customers.

The day also celebrated the experience behind many of Umniah’s achievements. Colleagues who have spent 10, 15 and 20 years with the company were recognized for their contribution and the role they have played in Umniah’s journey.

John Delves, CEO of Umniah by Beyon, said: “Since joining Umniah a few months ago, what has impressed me most is the talent and experience across the company and the pride our teams take in what they do. The strength of Umniah’s culture has also been recognized externally. The company has earned Great Place to Work® certification for two consecutive years, becoming the first telecom company in Jordan to receive the certification, and ranked third among large companies in Jordan in 2026.
