Umniah by Beyon Appoints Faisal Al Jalahma as Vice Chairman in Planned Leadership Transition

Umniah by Beyon has appointed its Chief Executive Officer, Faisal Al Jalahma, as Vice Chairman of its Board of Directors as part of a planned leadership transition, following the successful completion of an important phase in the company’s journey. Al Jalahma, who has served as Chief Executive Officer since April 2025, will remain actively involved in shaping Umniah’s strategic direction, working closely with the Board and executive leadership to support the company’s long-term development and continued success.

During his tenure as Chief Executive Officer, Al Jalahma led an important chapter in Umniah’s evolution. Working closely with the Board and the Beyon Group, he oversaw the successful launch of the Umniah by Beyon brand, strengthened the company’s strategic focus, reinforced relationships with key stakeholders, and helped position the business for its next phase of growth. Under his leadership, Umniah was also recognized by Ookla® as Jordan’s Best Mobile Network, reflecting the company’s continued investment in network excellence and customer experience.
