How can I know my remaining minute, data, and other bundles?
- Dial *1333# then select Mobile Services then select inquires select Account Details then remaining bundles and credit and you’ll receive a text with all the details
- You can also add your number to your account on the Umniah app and website
How can I get my account balance statement?
- You can add you email address to Umniah website by registering to “I want to receive my bills by email” from “My Account” and we will send you a monthly e-statement
- You can add your number to your account on Umniah app and download your e-statement (for the past 3 months)
- You can view your e-statement (for the past 3 months) on Umniah website through “My Account”
*Detailed Bill service must be activated through The Umniah app and website
How can I know my due balance and current bill?
- Dial *1333# then select “Mobile Services” then select “inquires” then select “Account Details” then “My latest bill and due amount”
- You can also add your number to your account on the Umniah app and website
Can I make an international call from my postpaid line?
Yes, but you must activate International Calls first
How can I know my unused bundle for the month?
- Dial *1333# then select “Mobile Services” then select “inquires” then select “Account Details” then “Current Month’s usage”
- You can also add your number to your account on the Umniah app and website

- 1. When you commit for one year, you get a device (except Ultra 10) or a two-month subscription (seventh and thirteenth) for free.
- 2. All free minutes are calculated per minute.
- 3. Prices do not include special taxes of 46% and general sales tax of 16%.
- 4. When the month ends before the end of the subscription, the remaining data will be usable in the next month. (except Ultra 10)
- 5. Fair usage policy applies for 3,000 local messages.
- 6. A fair usage policy of 500 minutes per month applies for international calls.
- 7. The international call destination are subjected to modification
- 8. The minutes for Palestine are valid for the ” Ooredoo Palestine ” network only.
- 9. The receiving minutes are valid for all countries.
International minutes can be used for the following destinations:
