  • The Wi-Fi connection ending with 5G supports higher speeds, but the coverage it affords the user is less, making it ideal for peripheral devices that support a Wi-Fi frequency band of 5Ghz
  • The other Wi-Fi supports slower speeds but covers a larger area

  • Perform a speed test by connecting your laptop or desktop directly to the fiber router port via an Ethernet cable. If you receive a subscription speed, then you are being provided with the right speed.
  • Your laptop or desktop port must be compatible with the Gigabit Ethernet card to support high speeds.
