What is VoWi-Fi?

VoWi-Fi is a service that allows subscribers to make calls via any Wi-Fi network.

For the first time in Jordan, Umniah introduces the Voice over Wi-Fi service. This service allows customers to connect to any Wi-Fi network and receive crystal-clear local and international calls, in areas with either a weak or no a mobile signal.

What are the benefits of VoWi-Fi?

Improved indoor coverage: Subscribers can make calls without relying on strong cellular signals, addressing issues in indoor areas with weak or no mobile coverage.
Faster connection speeds: Calls over VoWi-Fi connect faster than traditional cellular calls.
Excellent voice quality: VoWi-Fi calls provide excellent quality that rivals that of traditional cellular calls.
VoWi-Fi is a service that allows you to make calls over any Wi-Fi network.
The cost of calls will be deducted from your plan’s rate.

Is there a subscription fee for VoWi-Fi?

There is no subscription fee for VoWi-Fi, but calls made using this service will be charged at the same rate as regular local or international calls. If you have a minutes bundle, the minutes will be deducted accordingly. Calls will be charged at the same rate as your plan.
