“Darb El Asateer” Brings Together the Stars of Yesterday, Today, and Tomorrow to Celebrate the Nashama’s Journey to the World Cup

June 2026

Umniah by Beyon has launched its new musical production, “Darb El Asateer” (Path of Legends), celebrating the generations that carried the dream of reaching the World Cup and helping turn that dream into reality. The project brings together icons of Jordanian music and football in a powerful story that celebrates national pride, belonging, and identity.

The production is built around the idea that great achievements are never the work of a single generation. Rather, they are the result of a collective journey led by those who believed in the dream and paved the way for those who followed. The title, “Darb El Asateer,” pays tribute to the legends of the past, the stars of today, and the heroes of tomorrow who have all played a role in shaping this story.

“Darb El Asateer” is Umniah’s gift to Jordanians and the Nashama in celebration of this historic national milestone and in recognition of everyone who contributed to the journey that brought Jordan to this moment.

The production features singer Nidaa Shrara, artist Hani Mitwasi, and Mili in his debut appearance, alongside rising national team player Oudah Al-Fakhouri and Jordanian football legends Ra’fat Ali and Jamal Abu Abed. Together, they embody the idea of dreams, inspiration, and ambition being passed from one generation to the next.

One of the production’s most moving moments is the recreation of the voice of the late artist Muteb Al-Saqqar, whose music has long been associated with moments of national pride and celebration. Using artificial intelligence technology, his voice was respectfully reintroduced as a tribute to his artistic legacy and the special place he continues to hold in the hearts of Jordanians.

This contribution was made with the approval and support of his family, who participated in the project out of a shared commitment to preserving his legacy and introducing new generations to his voice and body of work, which remain deeply rooted in Jordan’s national memory.

Commenting on the initiative, the late artist’s widow said, “We felt proud when we learned about the project and saw the care and respect with which Muteb’s legacy was treated. Hearing his voice return to share this historic moment with Jordanians was incredibly moving for us. We are grateful that his presence and artistic legacy continue to live on in the hearts of new generations.”

His brother added, “Muteb was always a voice that resonated with both the people and the nation. This project reflects the affection Jordanians have for him and the special place he holds in their hearts. We deeply appreciate the effort that went into delivering this work with such quality and respect, and we see it as a tribute worthy of his artistic journey.”

The music video was developed under the creative direction of ADPRO& and produced by Scrap Records, led by Nasser Al-Bashir and Farah Al-Hourani, in collaboration with director Farid Malaki. Together, they created a cinematic and artistic vision that blends music, visual storytelling, and modern technology in a production that celebrates Jordan, its achievements, and its identity, while highlighting the enduring connections between generations.

Commenting on the launch of the song, Dina Al-Daoud, Executive Director of Brand and Corporate Communications at Umniah, said, “Darb El Asateer captures a remarkable national moment for Jordanians and celebrates the journey that has brought the Nashama to the threshold of achieving a long-awaited dream. Through this project, we wanted to bring together the figures who helped shape Jordan’s collective memory with the generations who continue to write new chapters of this story, creating a work that reflects the pride and sense of belonging that unite Jordanians around a shared national narrative.”

She added, “At Umniah, we believe technology becomes most meaningful when it is used to preserve cultural heritage and strengthen the connection between generations and their stories and national symbols. Through this project, we wanted to demonstrate how innovation can create new opportunities to revive cherished elements of Jordan’s collective memory and serve as a bridge between the past and the future, preserving the stories that shape our national identity.”

The launch of “Darb El Asateer” reflects Umniah’s ongoing commitment to supporting initiatives that bring together technology, culture, and innovation, reinforcing its role as a company that creates meaningful experiences with lasting impact, experiences that go beyond traditional services to connect with communities and celebrate national identity.
