Why
yes the app was starting to look old and aging but why would you redesign it to be even uglier! i hate the new design
Half baked and privacy abusive
The concept of the app is great and can be helpful if it delivers on what it should but it’s yet another one of those half baked projects with a highly intrusive privacy policy. Do your self a favor and go read it.
There’s also the constant issues with processing payments through the app. And it doesn’t seem to properly add the right amount of umnicoins after bill payment.
Customer service via chat is also very poor in terms of how they conduct themselves and the conversation.
Invoice and customer service
I never witness any bad service like this app or company. I used many companies worldwide. Nothing compared with this one. Slow, not updated, old age customer service. Finally they cut twice money of the same invoice, dont forget if you call their phone they charged you and no one respond. So you need to keep recharge your phone balance or go with their social media help and this is another disaster. Allah help us on this country and these greedy companies!
