Umniah is different, this is not a word but a life we have been living for the past 5 years and years to come, being part of this group of people did changed my life.
We started to live in a different place and in a new home called work, start to have new family which others called colleagues, even the happy hour has been changed to start from 8 to 5 and some times more.
It’s easy to notice the difference wither you are a new comer or worked with other companies, this is simply because Umniah is different .. so we became different

Every day I wake up, I feel I need to reach my office at Umniah, turn on my lap top, check my emails, see my team, and start working. I have never felt this joy and fun in work and dealing with colleagues in my previous 2 positions outside Umniah.
In Umniah, people are friendly, culture is amazing, and most of all; there are daily things to learn. I truly enjoy competing with other operators and feel proud of the achievements we at Umniah achieved in the Jordanian market.
Usually; when I hear my friends and family talking about their work I feel proud, they are dissatisfied, I’m satisfied, they can’t wait to leave work, I can’t wait to start a new working day, their word of mouth devaluate their companies while I believe Umniah is giving me great chances.
Life in Umniah is fun, admired, challenging, and encouraging. I consider it as a healthy lifestyle rather than only doing a job.
I feel lucky to work at Umniah for the past 4+ years, and I’m willing to stay and seek my career in such a respectful company that really appreciate what I do.

Due to the nature of Industry and the high competitive market life at Umniah is like a ride in a roller coaster, there are always new ideas ,products and aspects to improve, it is hard to relax.
This make Umniah a great opportunity to develop , improve and gain experience and thus advance career wise.
The atmosphere is great I can not think of a better atmosphere to work at, employees are extremely friendly, I have developed lifetime friendships. Despite of the bad days , disputes and hard work after thinking thoroughly and counting the benefits I always reach to the conclusion that I am enjoying my work and will not find a better place.
