Amjad Frouqa: Director of Quality, Business Continuity & Information Security
Amjad Frouqa assumed his position as Director of Quality, Business Continuity & Information Security at Umniah in 2009, bringing with him twenty years of extensive experience in the ICT sector. Within this position, Frouqa is responsible for establishing two new functions within Umniah related to business continuity and information security that operate according to international best practices.

Prior to joining Umniah, Frouqa enjoyed a longstanding career in the Royal Jordanian Air Force starting from [1988]. His role within the Air Force involved a number of prominent operational, planning and procurement positions in both the Telecommunications and IT Departments. In [2007], Frouqa became the Technical & IT Director at Batelco Jordan.

Frouqa holds a BSc. in Computer Engineering from Iowa State University of Science and Technology, USA.
