Change Package
This is a service that enables you, as Umniah subscribers, to change from one tariffs to another to better suit your needs, without changing your mobile number.
Change Package Rules:
· The line should be activated.
· Change package is free of charge for the first time only, except the Prepaid Basic line which costs JD 2 to change it to another package, and for the Free Line the costs of changing the package is JD 6.
· Change package for the second time is JD 2, and for Free Line is JD 6.
· To change package to any of those offers that includes monthly subscription, the value of monthly subscription should be available in the current balance in order to be deducted once activating the new tariff.
· Any bonus or free additional balance will be cancelled once the tariff is changed.
Change package process:
· You can change your tariff by visiting Umniah showroom or calling the Interactive Voice respond system “IVR system” at 1333.
· Change package to any tariffs that required ID such as (Army, Youth, Muazafeen lines) can only be done through Umniah shops, and not through IVR system.
· please dial 1333 & choose “Prices and Tariffs” from the list by pressing number 2.
