Dr. Mutaz Nabulsi joined Umniah in 2009 as Director of Customer Advocacy, assuming the responsibility of overseeing the operations and setting the strategy for the Customer Care Department, the Back Office, and all the Activations and Archiving departments related to all Customer segments and Product Portfolios.
Prior to his appointment at Umniah, Dr. Nabulsi held several senior positions related to strategic customer management and the deployment of business intelligence applications.
Dr. Nabulsi has over 15 years of experience in the field of Customer Management in the wire-line and wireless telecommunications industry, with a special focus on supporting call center and market research infrastructure. He also specializes in forecasting and scheduling, reporting and financial analysis, quality control, Root Cause, budgeting, contract negotiations, and BPO outsourcing.
Dr. Nabulsi holds a PhD in Economics and Political Science from the University of Missouri, an MA in Economics from the University of Central Missouri, and a B.Sc. degree in Economics and Statistics from the University of Jordan. He serves on the Board of Advisors of Merced, a leading performance reporting company offering reporting and analytical solutions to call centers; the Board of Advisors of the Faculty of Finance and Economics at the University of Central Missouri; and the Board of Advisors of IEX, a leading company that provides workforce management software.
