Points Rewarding System

It’s a Rewarding  system which enables Umniah prepaid subscribers to collect points according  to their monthly consumption, at the same time the subscriber can redeem them with Umniah services by calling *140#  or with a purchase or subscription vouchers of our partners.

How to subscribe with Points rewarding system ?

The subscription is for FREE each prepaid subscriber is subscribed  by default when activating their lines,

Corporate prepaid lines are not eligible to subscribe with points rewarding system

How to collect point?

Umniah Prepaid subscribers  can start collecting points  upon line activation in addition to 2 points added to their  balance , Collecting points depends on subscribers’ monthly consumption, were each 1 JD spent/ month = 1 point, on the condition that the subscriber doesn’t spend less than JD 5/Month.

How to redeem your points?

You can redeem your points for …

-  Points collection starts upon line activation date not first day of the month

-  Subscribers will lose 5 points with every Line suspension  , Subscribers will  lose 10  points if their lines are disconnected, and they will lose all accumulated points if their lines remain totally disconnected for more than 14 days.

-  Points are valid for 2 years from collection date.

-  Subscribers can collect a maximum of 200 points each month.

-  Vouchers value cannot be redeemed in cash or points

-  Umniah has the right to stop this program at any time after informing the subscribers.

-  Monthly subscriptions & Aghanilak tones tariffs are not included in the pointing system Consumption.
